Data Consolidation Across Systems:
REDPOT SAPWS processed 47 million transactions, consolidating user activity and transactional data from various SAP systems. User patterns from 125,000 user summary interactions were captured, providing insights for role alignment and optimization.

Approximately 1.7 million role-to-object mappings were analyzed to identify redundant, inactive, and non-compliant roles. A unified master role structure was created, with derived roles tailored for specific plants and newly acquired businesses.

Efficient Deployment Roadmap:
The tool's zero-footprint approach allowed customer to build a uniform security role design with minimum stress on SAP systems. A centralized security framework was rolled out, aligning all users to the HQ SAP system.
